Job description

The Account Representative is responsible for bringing value to the organization with the ability to expand the product base with newly acquired and existing accounts as well as increasing the per transaction sales with the highest level of profit margin. The position provides consistent support and account management to Store Owners, Managers, Distributors and Customers. The focus is on building and maintaining a positive profitable relationship with your store owners, managers, distributors and customers while resolving conflicts/issues with speed and accuracy, using the Core Values to guide your behavior.

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by continually providing excellent service, pricing, and product support
  • Demonstrate integrity with each customized sales strategy presented to a customer. Serve each Store Owner, Manager, Distributor and Customer by applying an individualized strategy business model for each, always utilizing ethical sales methods
  • Meet and exceed personal and team goals with regard to per transaction sales, product expansion sales and new buyer relationships within the same client base
  • Emphasize a team approach in regards to expanding product line and same store sales with your fellow Business Development Representative and Customer Service Representative within your region
  • Coordinate efforts with Customer Service Representative to create auto-ship and regular refill orders
  • Verification and processing of sales orders to ensure proper delivery and high customer satisfaction rating
  • Provide excellence in researching and resolving back order

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
