Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an enterprise client seeking a Project/Program Manager III in Chicago, IL.
Summary:
We are seeking a Program Manager to drive cross-functional coordination across events, field enablement, analyst relations, and partner engagement, ensuring execution of strategic programs that span multiple teams and stakeholders. In this role, you will own end-to-end program scheduling, content quality, and stakeholder alignment across marketing, sales, and product organizations to deliver high-impact customer-facing experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and brings a proven track record of managing complex, multi-workstream programs that require strong communication, organizational rigor, and the ability to influence.
Responsibilities:
* AI League program coordination (events, account teams, sales organization)
* Sales organization & partner enablement (webinar series, customer stories, demos, office hours)
* Analyst relations coordination (briefing materials for Gartner, etc.)
* Event session coordination (content quality, technical depth, message consistency)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Program management experience managing across teams, managing timelines, managing escalations, and ensuring all work products completed on time
* Stakeholder management, event coordination experience is preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
