Who you are:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team at our Wrightstown office. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in selling Property & Casualty in both commercial and personal lines. This role requires strong communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to build lasting relationships. 


What you'll do:

Sales & Business Development 

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to attract and retain clients. 
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation. 
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to recommend tailored insurance solutions. 

Client Relationship Management 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. 
  • Educate clients on insurance options and guide them in making informed decisions. 
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, policy updates, and claims support. 

Compliance & Documentation 

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with state and federal regulations. 
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records and documentation. 
  • Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes. 

Team Collaboration 

  • Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and internal teams to ensure seamless service. 
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing professional development. 


Your qualifications: 



Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 
  • Relevant coursework or certifications in insurance and risk management are a plus. 

Licensing 

  • Must hold valid Wisconsin licenses in Property & Casualty.
    Life & Health insurance license a plus! 

Experience 

  • Demonstrated success in insurance sales, particularly in Property & Casualty and Life & Health. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 

Skills 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities. 
  • Proficiency with insurance software and CRM systems.
