**$500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days)**

Position: Van Driver – Part Time

Location: Springfield, MA

Rate of Pay: $22.00 per hour

Hours: 25 hours a week; Monday-Friday between 6:30 AM – 9 AM and 2:30 PM – 5:00 PM (approx.).

Job Summary:

  • Provide transportation to Viability members with disabilities to assist them in getting to work and their day program. Drivers are responsible for ensuring vehicle is safe and in operational condition, required paperwork is completed, and performing various other duties. Drivers must demonstrate courtesy and respect to passengers and other customers.

Qualifications:

  • High School/GED
  • Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years with a good driving record
  • Pre-employment DOT Physical, drug screening, criminal background check, fingerprinting and driver history record required
