This role will lead our lab in our NYC location and will require to be on-site 5 days a week.

Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Lead daily operations of the Innovation Creation & Design (IC&D) Operations Laboratory, ensuring high-quality sample and evaluation preparation delivered on time and in full.
  • Drive laboratory performance through effective resource planning, workload balancing, capacity management, and key performance indicator monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards, environmental requirements, waste management procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop laboratory team members through clear objectives, performance management, onboarding, and training programs.
  • Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures to improve consistency, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders including Perfumers, Sales, Consumer Insights, Quality Control, and Science, Technology & Innovation teams.
  • Manage laboratory improvement projects and support change initiatives that enhance service levels, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee laboratory equipment maintenance, organization, and operational readiness.
  • Collaborate with global laboratory peers to align best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant laboratory experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
