Job description
GAMUT is a professional services and consulting firm that helps businesses grow by ensuring the needs of people with disabilities are included in their operations-from product development to brand engagement. We partner with companies to design accessible and adaptable products, such as inclusive apparel lines, and extend this work into service and lifestyle sectors. Through our robust talent network, we provide access to individuals with disabilities for roles in modeling, film, television, fit testing, focus groups, and user research. Our comprehensive, end-to-end approach enables brands to drive innovation, build market relevance, and lead with inclusion.
The Disability Accessibility Consultant will lead the day-to-day operations and strategic execution of GAMUT while helping strengthen and advance the business. Working closely with leadership, this individual will assess current operations, products, services, messaging, and delivery models; identify opportunities to improve performance and client outcomes; establish operational priorities; and execute strategies that position GAMUT for long-term growth and success. The successful candidate is a strategic operator with a strong focus on client success, ensuring exceptional client experiences that translate into long-term partnerships, measurable retention, and continued business growth. This role serves as the bridge between strategy and execution, translating ideas into measurable results while partnering with leading brands to advance disability inclusion through consulting, certification, and talent solutions.
The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of disability inclusion, accessibility, adaptive and universal design, combined with strong operational leadership, project management, business development, and marketing experience. They understand both the lived experience and business value of inclusive design and can translate that knowledge into practical, market-driven solutions for corporate clients.
Primary Responsibilities

- Recommend and implement operational improvements that strengthen service delivery, client success, and overall business performance.Lead and support high-impact business development initiatives by identifying consulting opportunities with enterprise clients, building long-term strategic partnerships, and deploying scalable operational strategies that enable clients to expand market share through accessible innovation.
- Drive the company's growth strategy by cultivating and supporting business development pipeline, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to revenue targets and client retention goals -- positioning the company as a premier consulting partner.
- Lead and oversee the development of compelling proposals, executive-level pitches, and tailored capability presentations that reflect deep understanding of client needs, industry trends, and the business case for accessibility and inclusion.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment between operational delivery and business objectives, and translating client goals into actionable consulting engagements.
- Define, implement, and track KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, renewal rates, and revenue per account, using insights to continuously enhance service delivery and account success.
- Oversee daily operational functions to ensure efficient, consistent, and high-quality delivery of professional services-supporting a strong client experience and reinforcing long-term value creation.
- Direct administrative and operational systems including contracting, invoicing, payments, and platform oversight-ensuring financial integrity and responsiveness in all client transactions.
- Ensure exceptional coordination across internal teams, consultants, and external partners to consistently meet or exceed service expectations and contractual deliverables.
- Develop and refine consulting delivery systems that bridge strategic goals with operational execution-enabling repeatable, scalable, and results-driven client engagements.
- Lead efforts to continuously improve operational workflows-enhancing speed to market, service quality, and cost efficiency across all consulting engagements.
- Collaborate with the executive team to refine the company's positioning in the market, ensuring service offerings and go-to-market strategies reflect evolving client needs and industry opportunities.
- Proactively identify and execute strategies to deepen existing client relationships, reduce churn, and increase share of wallet by showcasing impact, fostering trust, and delivering measurable results.
- Monitor and optimize financial, human, and technological resources to ensure operational efficiency and profitable growth-supporting both client outcomes and internal sustainability.
- Champion a high-performance culture grounded in innovation, customer focus, accountability, and continuous improvement-empowering teams to deliver client-centric solutions that drive market differentiation.
