We're looking for a Senior Director of Productionsomeone who can lead people, optimize systems, solve complex problems, and drive performance across one of the most critical functions in our business.

This is a front-line leadership role where you will:

  • Lead a team that drives execution: Build and develop a team of project managers responsible for delivering high-quality fundraising programs for political and nonprofit organizations across the country.
  • Improve systems that matter: Evaluate and optimize workflows, vendor relationships, quality-control processes, and operational systems to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve results.
