Join PatientPoint to be part of a dynamic team creating change in and around the doctor's office. As a leading digital health company, we innovate to positively impact patient behaviors. Our purpose-driven approach offers an inspirational career opportunity where you can contribute to improving health outcomes for millions of patients nationwide.

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid) or Remote

Job Summary

Reporting to the VP of Campaign Yield Optimization, the Director of Yield Management is a player-coach role, owning portfolio-level yield strategy across our Direct and Programmatic revenue channels and across both product lines - the Waiting Room Network (DOOH) and Precision (mobile app). You'll design the frameworks governing floor prices, inventory packaging, deal structures, and auction settings, bridging both ecosystems into a coordinated, data-driven operation that maximizes monetization while protecting client performance. You'll manage a direct report and partner closely with Adops, Sales, Data and Executive teams to keep the org aligned on yield health.

What You'll Do
  • Own portfolio-level yield strategy - floor policies, rate card guidance, discount bands, alerting, and prioritization rules - across both Precision (mobile) and DOOH, and across Direct and Programmatic channels
  • Design inventory and PMP packaging frameworks (audience, venue, daypart, exclusivity) and define end-to-end programmatic deal operations from setup through optimization
  • Run structured experiments (A/B, multivariate) on pricing, floors, and priority rules; build forecasting models quantifying revenue and margin impact
  • Partner with Data to build unified dashboards across channels; improve campaign health standards, and serve as the escalation point for systemic issues
  • Lead strategic SSP partner management including QBRs, roadmap discussions, and monetization opportunities; collaborate with Ad Tech on ad server and OMS configurations
  • Manage and develop a direct report, setting priorities and reviewing analysis to ensure the team's output holds up under executive scrutiny
  • Collaborate with Ad Operations, Sales, Pricing, Engineering, Product and Data teams
What We Need
  • 7+ years in yield management, publisher ad ops, or programmatic monetization with direct revenue optimization ownership
  • Hands-on Direct deal and SSP setup experience with deep knowledge of programmatic ecosystems (RTB, PMP, deal IDs) and publisher ad tech (ad servers, SSPs, OMS)
  • Proven portfolio-level yield experience-floors, rate cards, packaging, prioritization-not just campaign optimization
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel/Sheets and BI tools; SQL required; excellent executive communication and presentation abilities
  • 3+ years managing an analyst or small team, with a track record of developing direct reports' analytical and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
  • DOOH publishing experience with physical screen network pacing, measurement, and packaging considerations
  • Mobile App monetization experience - troubleshooting technical integrations and managing GAM
  • Healthcare or pharma advertising background with compliance and regulatory awareness
  • Experience with programmatic DOOH platforms and demand path optimization across multiple SSPs
  • Forecasting/revenue planning model experience tied to inventory, pricing, and sales targets
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Willingness to learn and dig in on data and programmatic setup that is unique to DOOH and PatientPoint
  • A systems mindset that balances short-term yield with long-term network and client health
  • Ability to simplify complexity-turning dense auction mechanics into clear, business-ready decisions
  • Technical fluency with engineers and analysts paired with strong storytelling for commercial and executive audiences
  • A high degree of initiative - comfortable identifying problems and proposing solutions without being told, in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift
