Job description

Overview
This is an internal posting for a key personnel position supporting the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for Critical Technologies.
Responsibilities
The On-Site Task Lead is responsible for managing front office operations and coordinating deliverables for senior OASW(CT) leadership. Primary duties include driving continuous process improvement, mapping and tracking workflows, and allocating resources to ensure the timely completion of all assignments. This person will serve as a critical liaison, communicating and collaborating directly with government personnel at all levels, ranging from action officers to senior civilian and military leaders.
Additionally, the On-Site Task Lead will direct workforce management by ensuring sufficient on-site staff availability during core business hours (0900 to 1500) and managing leave to guarantee at least a 50% staff presence without any work stoppage. They will oversee the production and quality control of daily and weekly read-ahead books, executive summary briefings, speeches, presentations, and meeting outcomes. They are ultimately responsible for ensuring all technical expertise and deliverables are factual, 99 percent free of grammatical errors, and delivered 100 percent on time in accordance with task order requirements.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree with 7+ years of management experience
  • Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
