We are looking for a Sales Director to join our sales department. The Sales Director will be responsible for meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. To be successful in this role you will need to develop and execute key growth strategies.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage field support teams across multiple regions to maximize sales performance, training impact, and merchandising execution.
  • Develop and implement retail sales strategies that deliver measurable growth in partner doors.
  • Oversee in-store programs, ensuring flawless execution of merchandising, training, and promotional initiatives.
  • Manage key relationships with Field Support partners to drive sales and brand performance.
  • Establish field team KPIs, track performance, and regularly report results to leadership.
  • Partner with BI and Training teams to ensure data-driven decision making and scalable training solutions.
  • Drive alignment between corporate sales strategy and field execution.
  • Provide market insights, competitor intelligence, and trend reporting to inform sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven retail sales leadership experience - preferably with wireless, consumer electronics, or technology products.
  • Demonstrated success building, managing, and motivating field sales and 3rd party sales and support teams.
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into execution at the store level.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and drive measurable performance improvements.
  • 50 - 75% travel required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence executives, retail partners, and field associates alike.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to use data to set goals, measure progress, and refine strategies.
