Our expertise serves industries like oil and gas, rigging and recovery, power generation, construction, manufacturing, process and pipeline. We are trusted for engineering solutions and are known for designing and fabricating custom hydraulic power units, hydraulic valve actuators, and hydraulic winch packages. 


We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Inside Sales/Warehouse Associate to join our Albuquerque team. This role is integral to our operations, involving direct interaction with customers, working in the warehouse, and making deliveries. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills, a strong ability to resolve conflicts, and be able to lift up to 50lbs. Familiarity with TrulinX operating software is preferred but not required.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist customers at the counter and over the phone with product inquiries, orders, and technical support.
  • Process sales orders and transactions using TrulinX operating software.
  • Maintain a clean and organized counter and warehouse area.
  • Provide knowledgeable assistance and recommendations for hoses, tube fittings, and hydraulic equipment.
  • Handle and resolve customer conflicts and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Support warehouse operations including inventory management and restocking.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company sales targets and goals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Participate in product training sessions to stay informed about new products and technologies.
  • Quoting of jobs - price and availability. 
  • Process customer returns and complete necessary paperwork.

Skills and Competencies

  • Read and understand engineering schematics and documentation.
  • Identify necessary components and parts required for the job.
  • Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders (including, but not limited to, Engineering, Accounting, Procurement, and Assembly/Shop Personnel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand hydraulic equipment and products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle conflict effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Knowledge and Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or sales training is a plus.
  • Previous experience in inside sales, counter sales, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency with computers and experience with TrulinX operating software is preferred but not required.
