To be successful you should have:
- Minimum 2 years in team or employee management, with team building and coaching skills.
- Experience in logistics, airport, warehouse, or related industries preferred.
- Proficiency in written and oral communication and familiarity with word processing, email, database, and internet software.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, pass a TSA background check, and meet drug, alcohol, and driver's license requirements.
