Job description

The Video Production Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality video content that supports Trove's family of brands across digital, social, retail, and commercial marketing channels. This role manages projects from concept through final delivery, including creative development, pre-production, production, and occasional post-production editing while collaborating with producers, designers, marketers, and other creative team members.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and pitch decks to communicate campaign ideas.
  • Plan, shoot, and occasionally edit video content from concept to final delivery.
  • Operate professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Create content for advertising, social media, retail, eCommerce, and internal communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute creative campaigns.
  • Direct talent and maintain a professional production environment.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Organize media, maintain project files, and uphold production standards.

Required Qualifications

  • Commercial shooting experience: Shooting commercial advertising, particularly product and/or lifestyle work.
  • Pre-production capability: Experience developing concepts, storyboard, creating pitch decks, planning shoots, and presenting ideas to brand/marketing stakeholders.
  • Organization: Experience managing budgets, production details, files, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong storytelling, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
