Summary / Objective:
This position is responsible for editing, organizing, and composing audio and visual content for various Angel projects and livestreams.

Essential Functions:
  • Efficiently organize and manage video, audio, and digital content assets.
  • Manage and maintain organized project files, raw footage, and digital assets for efficient workflows.
  • Edit footage to enhance storytelling, pacing, and overall production value.
  • Apply color correction, grading, audio mixing, and sound design to ensure high-quality output.
  • Incorporate graphics, music, voiceovers, and effects to create engaging, platform-optimized content.
  • Review all content to identify and resolve errors, technical issues, and inconsistencies prior to delivery.
  • Produce multiple versions and iterations of content quickly based on feedback and performance insights.
  • Ensure all edits align with brand voice, campaign objectives, and audience messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with creative directors and marketing teams to understand creative vision and deliver polished, on-brand content.
  • Stay current with industry trends, tools, and editing software to continuously improve content quality.
  • Provide occasional, as-needed support for video production, including camera, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Prepare and deliver assets for publishing, streaming, and distribution across channels.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, licensing, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Must attend and contribute to regularly scheduled staff meetings.
  • Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing in the English language required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Required Education and Experience:
  • Expert knowledge of video and audio editing software, hardware and systems
  • At least 3 years experience as video editor

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field preferred

Work environment - When in the main office, expect a comfortable, air-conditioned work environment. Team members are issued their own desks, but the office is an open, shared space and can be fast-paced and occasionally noisy.
Physical demands - Must be able to stand or sit at a desk for long periods of time.
Position type and expected hours of work - Regular full-time, 40 hours per week.
Travel required - Occasional domestic travel may be required.
Work authorization - Must be authorized to work in the United States.
