Forecast, Performance & Insights:

  • Own board-level bookings and revenue forecasting and build repeatable views on performance (bookings, renewals, productivity, capacity)
  • Own weekly/monthly/quarterly performance and KPI reporting that provides action-oriented insights for executive leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Translate data into clear recommendations and present findings to senior leadership to drive decision-making.
  • Collaborate as needed with other sales & revenue strategy team members on ad hoc reports, analyses, and projects.

Sales and Pre and Post-sales Compensation Design:

  • Support annual and in-year compensation & incentive design
  • Support sales and pre/post sales compensation plan documentation hygiene, crediting rules, exceptions governance, and policy inputs (new hire/ramp, leave treatments, proration rules, close process).
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in a business field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, FP&A, analytics, reporting, and/or revenue strategy/operations
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets, build complex driver-based models, and translate quantitative analysis into clear business insights and strategic recommendations. Power user of Excel or Google Sheets; Salesforce CRM required. SQL, Python, or Access experience a plus. Familiarity with BI platforms, including CRM Analytics, preferred.
