Summary:
Reporting directly to the Transformation Officer, a former McKinsey leader and KKR Operating Partner, and partnering closely with the Executive Committee, the Director Transformation Office operates at the center of enterprise-wide value creation, driving strategic initiatives and enabling impactful business transformation.
The role focuses on prioritizing and tracking transformation initiatives, building disciplined business case and governance processes, and ensuring delivery against financial and operational targets.
Role Description:
This role offers a direct opportunity with direct exposure to a global beverage solutions provider at a critical inflection point. It provides hands-on operator experience beyond advisory work, frequent interaction with C-suite leadership, and ownership of enterprise-level value delivery. Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive execution of transformation initiatives with Workstream Leads and Initiative Owners
  • Track financial and operational impact with rigor and transparency
  • Partner with Finance to validate business cases and monitor value realization
  • Identify and resolve delivery risks and escalate when needed
  • Run structured transformation cadence, including TO and ExCo meetings
  • Own governance of Wave for assigned workstreams
  • Support executive-level reporting and communication

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Manager or Sr Analyst/Associate from top consulting firm, with strong performance trajectory
  • Experience in transformation, performance improvement, or large-scale value creation, including governance, stage-gates, and impact tracking
  • High fluency in McKinsey Wave preferred
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
  • Strong program management across multiple workstreams
  • Clear and confident communicator comfortable with ExCo-level engagement
  • Highly organized and execution-oriented in fast-paced environments
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
