The Opportunity
Glass Roots Construction (GRC) is seeking a high-performing Project Coordinator that will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations by working closely with Market Managers, QA/QC teams, Project Managers, and subcontractors. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data management, logistics, and operations, with a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and clear communication.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team at the ground floor, gain valuable experience, and be part of an exciting journey as GRC expands.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
  • Data entry and database management
  • Subcontractor invoicing
  • Coordinate materials and equipment tracking
  • Track and verify field production across multiple projects and markets
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Required Qualifications
  • Strong technical/business knowledge
  • Verifiable experience in project management, operations, or business management.
  • Experience in data management
  • Must be able to understand and read construction documents..
  • Ability to maintain a high level of organization by ensuring daily job allocation
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellence in the budgeting of financial resources
  • Proficient with Email, MS Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), G Suite (Sheets, Slides, etc.) and Google Earth.
  • 5-10 % Travel is Required

Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Process and documentation orientation, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Experience with GIS mapping software a plus
  • Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, etc.), Zoho, and project management tools a plus
  • Understanding of basic utility construction processes and terminology a plus

Additional Information
Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 Salary, based on experience + 10% Bonus
Schedule: Day Shift:Monday - Friday & Night Shift: Sunday - Thursday
Travel Requirements: 5-10%
