Job description

Summary:

The Home Delivery Product Strategy organization is seeking a seasoned leader with a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. This role will lead planning and execution of key Home Delivery Pharmacy initiatives, with a focus on GLP-1 product strategy, growth, and care model innovation.

This leader will drive cross-functional collaboration, evaluate market dynamics, and guide enterprise-wide initiatives to support growth objectives. The position partners closely with senior executives across PBM and Pharmacy organizations to translate strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategic planning and design for Home Delivery GLP-1 growth initiatives, including support for product launches

  • Own product strategy and leadership for Home Delivery Pharmacy offerings

  • Translate executive vision into actionable, tactical execution plans across multiple workstreams

  • Provide thought leadership to senior leaders on strategic direction, roadmap development, and prioritization

  • Drive prioritization and execution of product design and development initiatives

  • Partner across PBM, Retail Network, and enterprise teams to align strategies and deliver outcomes

  • Establish and document best practices and standard operating procedures for product lifecycle management

  • Build strong relationships across business, functional, and strategy execution teams

  • Ensure governance processes are followed and approvals are secured from key stakeholders

  • Lead and mentor teams (directly or indirectly), supporting development and alignment

Ideal Candidates Will Have a Combination of the Following:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

  • 10+ years of experience in product strategy, strategic planning, or related field

  • Proven ability to lead in complex, matrixed environments

  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

  • Experience within PBM, specialty pharmacy, or home delivery pharmacy environments

  • Strong financial and analytical acumen (e.g., forecasting, scenario planning, P&L management)

  • Experience working directly with senior executives and influencing decision-making

  • Cross-functional experience across business, finance, technology, and operations
