  • Lead organizational delivery maturity by assessing current practices, closing capability gaps, and driving continuous improvement across processes, tools, data, and ways of working.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive adoption of delivery standards, tools, reporting practices, and governance expectations, supported by clear enablement materials, training, and feedback loops.
  • Define the strategy for enterprise delivery reporting, insights, and executive dashboards that support prioritization, planning, governance, and decision-making.

  • 5+ years leading enterprise delivery governance, operating model development, reporting, tooling, or PMO capability functions.
  • Demonstrated success improving organizational delivery maturity through standards, processes, enablement, measurement, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies, portfolio and program management practices, lifecycle management, and operational excellence.
  • Experience implementing, governing, or modernizing enterprise delivery platforms, reporting ecosystems, and dashboards.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and executive engagement skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and bring structure and clarity to ambiguous, evolving environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Technology, Operations, or a related field.
  • Preferred: experience with M365, Jira, Power BI, or comparable platforms, and certifications such as PMP, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, or an MBA.
