Do you thrive in dynamic environments where no two days are the same? If so, Centerstone is looking for an experienced Strategic Finance Partner to join our Finance team.

As a Strategic Finance Partner, you will serve as a highly trusted advisor to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and executive finance leadership. This role is designed for a seasoned finance professional who brings broad expertise across accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, procurement, and enterprise operations. Rather than owning a single functional area, you'll provide senior-level financial leadership wherever it is needed most-leading strategic initiatives, supporting organizational growth, and delivering financial insight that drives executive decision-making across our multi-state healthcare organization.

From mergers and acquisitions to financial modeling, enterprise system implementations, process transformation, and executive-level analyses, you'll play a key role in shaping the financial future of Centerstone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic finance partner supporting Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, Procurement, and operational leadership across the organization.

  • Lead enterprise-wide financial initiatives involving multiple departments, legal entities, and executive stakeholders.

  • Provide financial leadership during mergers, acquisitions, organizational integrations, leadership transitions, and other strategic business initiatives.

  • Partner with executive leadership to analyze complex financial and operational challenges while identifying opportunities for organizational improvement.

  • Lead financial due diligence, integration planning, purchase accounting coordination, and post-acquisition implementation activities.

  • Develop sophisticated financial models, scenario analyses, forecasts, and business cases to support executive decision-making.

  • Coordinate valuation projects, legal entity restructurings, business combination accounting, and other complex financial transactions.

  • Support implementation and optimization of enterprise financial systems, reporting enhancements, and process standardization initiatives.

  • Identify and implement improvements to financial reporting, internal controls, operational processes, and overall organizational efficiency.

  • Provide technical accounting guidance related to U.S. GAAP, consolidations, financial reporting, and other complex accounting matters.

  • Assist with enterprise financial reporting, audit preparation, regulatory compliance, and special accounting projects.

  • Prepare executive-level financial reports, presentations, and analyses for senior leadership, executive committees, and the Board of Directors.

  • Build collaborative relationships across finance and operational leadership teams while mentoring finance professionals and leading cross-functional initiatives.

  • Influence stakeholders across a matrixed organization and support evolving leadership responsibilities as organizational needs grow.

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible finance and/or accounting experience.

  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide strategic financial initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) strongly preferred.

  • Experience supporting large, complex, multi-entity organizations with multiple legal entities and diverse operations preferred.

  • Experience leading mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, organizational integrations, or enterprise transformation initiatives preferred.

  • Healthcare, behavioral health, hospital, or other highly regulated industry experience preferred.

  • Experience with Workday Financials or similar enterprise ERP systems preferred.

Additional Qualifications:
  • Expert knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and complex financial reporting.

  • Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial modeling.

  • Demonstrated expertise with consolidations, intercompany accounting, business combinations, and multi-entity organizations.

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

  • Outstanding verbal, written, and executive presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to influence executive leadership across a matrixed organization.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic thinking and operational execution.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling capabilities.

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, discretion, and sound business judgment.
