Opportunity

The Store Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the store's activities and operations. The Store Manager is responsible for the store's overall performance.

Key Responsibilites
  • Ensure employees deliver prompt, courteous service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards, including greeting customers and answering questions.
  • Support Co-Manager and Assistant Manager in personnel decisions and budget planning.
  • Keep accurate records for price changes, merchandise usage, refunds, spoilage, and invoices per company policy.
  • Enforce product rotation and maintain freshness and quality for maximum sales.
  • Ensure shelves and coolers are fully stocked and faced according to standards.
  • Monitor pricing competitiveness and adjust as needed.
  • Build neat, well-signed displays that maximize sales and include tie-in merchandise.
  • Control inventory to prevent overstock or understock and optimize ROI.
  • Enforce store rules, company policies, and compliance with health and civil codes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • 1+ year of management experience or equivalent education/training.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing needs and work under pressure.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
