In the Senior Staff Software Engineer position, youโ€™ll lead the design and delivery of highly complex, AI-driven systems across multiple teams and platforms, defining architectural patterns and guiding the strategic direction of AI-first development practices.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead the architecture and development of scalable, AI-powered systems that span multiple platforms and product lines.
โ€ข Partner with engineering and product leaders to set and drive the strategic technical direction.
โ€ข Guide engineering best practices across domains, ensuring consistency in design, security, performance, and reliability.
โ€ข Identify and evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration, including LLMs, autonomous systems, and next-gen dev tools.
โ€ข Act as a technical mentor, shaping the growth of senior and staff engineers through coaching and architectural leadership.
