The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

  • Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for Salesforce development initiatives, establishing platform best practices and driving process improvements across the development lifecycle
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce implementations
  • Establish and enforce quality standards including automated testing frameworks (Apex tests, Lightning testing), CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments, and application monitoring practices
  • Mentor and develop engineering team members on Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Drive technical decision-making within the Salesforce ecosystem, evaluating trade-offs and considering broad business implications
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, features, and industry trends, and champion adoption of relevant innovations within the team

What is a Must Have?
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, related STEM field, or its equivalent in education and/or work experience.
  • 6 additional years of software engineering experience.
