What You Will Get To Do:

  • Drive the strategic technology roadmap for the ILP Business by working closely with ILP Business leaders.
  • Drive developments teams to conceive, architect and deliver innovation across the ILP Business that align with their business use cases.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to architect the solution based on the key functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Prototype and create high level technical solutions to address business needs
  • Architect technical solutions and create development roadmaps for current and future application growth for development teams to follow
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business partners, build teams, QA, and other development partners
  • Actively lead in discussions, presentations and make decisions about overall development efforts, scope of work and provide direction
  • Participate in initial builds to provide developmental guidance for the development teams to follow.
  • Implement new technologies to maximize application performance and experience with agentic AI platforms is a plus.
  • Manage teams for bug fixing and improving application performance

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science or related degree)
  • 10+ years of technical Architect experience
  • 5+ years of managing software engineering teams
  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud solutions
  • Solid command of Agentic AI stack
  • Excellent conceptual and critical thinking capabilities
  • Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to build, motivate and drive technical teams
  • Strong understanding of product development
  • Clear written and verbal communications skills (English), including presentation skills
