What you will enjoy doing*
  • You will collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex operational challenges into clear, effective technical solutions
  • Architect and lead full-stack development of large-scale operational software, owning engineering decisions and building sustainable systems
  • You are expected to stay current with evolving technologies and actively contribute to upgrading the team's technology stack
  • Support the growth of junior team members through technical mentorship and knowledge sharing
  • Balance development of new solutions with maintenance and support of existing tools to ensure reliability and performance

What makes you great
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Five or more years of software development experience with a strong track record of working from ambiguous requirements to well-defined solutions
  • You have proven full-stack development skills including you will be the system design expertise with experience building complex systems and improving existing architectures and have a strong JavaScript skills and experience building modern single-page applications; experience with Vue.js preferred
  • Further backend programming skills with project experience; knowledge of C# and .NET is a plus and strong relational database skills including schema design, querying, and performance tuning
  • You have the willingness and availability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
  • Preferred experience in operational or industrial software domains, especially safety-related applications and you are familiar with operations research, mathematical modeling, and data science concepts
  • Experience designing and building ETL pipelines is required for this role
