Job Title: Lead Intelligence Trainer Job Category: Training Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: As the All Source Analyst in the USASOC TF 40-25 you will provide embedded analytical network support to USASOC/SOCOM and other government agencies in order share intelligence between organizations in support of executing SOCOM mission priorities. As the Lead Intelligence Trainer for USASOC TF 40-25, you will serve as the focal point for all-source analytical techniques, advanced tool suites, and targeting methodologies. Leveraging your Special Operations experience, you will drive the analytical capacity of TF 40-25 by providing continuous instruction to new and existing analysts on the fusion of All-Source, GEOINT, SIGINT, OSINT, and MASINT in support of SOF, Cyber, and Information Operations. In this dynamic enablement role, you will design and develop customized training programs that ensure analysts are highly proficient in modern intelligence tools and can effectively share actionable intelligence across USASOC, SOCOM, and interagency partners to execute SOCOM mission priorities. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, and deliver customized training programs focused on advanced intelligence tools, methodologies, and national/global threat analysis.
* Mentor analysts through the intelligence cycle, guiding the development of detailed threat assessments to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities while recommending countermeasures.
* Instruct personnel on the practical application of advanced tool suites and modern tradecraft required to produce timely, relevant, and actionable intelligence that informs decision-makers.
* Train analysts to conduct global target development and network analysis against various threats and actors across multiple domains.
* Guide analysts in supporting sensitive activities by teaching advanced all-source research and analysis techniques using various reporting processes and DoD/IC databases.
* Provide senior-level training and subject matter expertise across multiple intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, HUMINT, and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI).
* Teach advanced techniques for the retrieval and exploitation of standard and non-standard data sources to develop mission-critical intelligence products.
* Continuously integrate operational lessons learned, emerging technologies, and interagency best practices into training curriculums to maintain maximum mission relevance.
* Prepare new and existing analysts for immediate operational impact, ensuring readiness for deployment requirements and crisis/surge operations. Qualifications: Required: * Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
* Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience; OR an Associate degree and 15+ years of relevant experience; OR 20+ years of relevant work experience in the Intelligence Community.
* Demonstrated experience as an embedded Intelligence and Targeting Analyst supporting Special Operations Forces (SOF).
* Proven background in a training, mentorship, or instructional role, with the ability to translate complex analytical methodologies into actionable training for new and existing analysts.
* Expert-level knowledge of Advanced Intelligence Toolsets, multi-INT fusion methods, and real-time knowledge management systems or portals.
* Superior communication and instructional skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver technical briefings and training content clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in a high-tempo, mission-critical environment. Desired: * Operational Depth: Recent experience supporting USSOCOM or Joint SOF organizations, with a focus on direct support to kinetic and non-kinetic operations.
* Targeting Expertise: Understanding of diverse targeting methodologies, to include F3EAD (Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, Disseminate), CARVER target analysis, Effects-Based Targeting (EBT), and network/node analysis.
* Technical Power-User: Proficiency in industry-standard analytical platforms and tools including Palantir (Maven Smart Systems), Analyst Notebook (i2), ArcGIS, Data Explorer (DX), Plexus, SKOPE Tools, specialized OSINT tools, and Message Traffic databases (e.g., RMT, NGT), alongside a strong working knowledge of other niche analytic or targeting applications.
* Strategic Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently with minimal government oversight, while maintaining the flexibility to function effectively as a leader and mentor.
