Job Description
Reporting to the VP, Paid Social, you will create impact within our Paid Social team and Paid Media capability. We take pride in ourachievements and clientssetting us apart in the industry.
You'll contribute to the opportunity of a Paid Social Director by bringing leadership, clear structure and methodology to the paid social offering across single-service or integrated digital marketing campaigns.

  • You will work with the Regional Head of Paid Media and other Director level peers across capabilities to evaluate new technologies, formats, data sources, media and technology vendors on both a global and local scale
  • Support the agency vision and act as the lead for the Jellyfish social team
  • You'll be an agency champion and expert across paid social.
  • You will help identify commercial opportunities and collaborate with agency leads
  • Ensure the correct level of time and resource is being allocated to campaigns and that client budgets are being effectively used
  • Contribute to measurable success in growing the agency's revenue and profitability from social media
  • Support the business development team with pitches, and developing the paid social team so that they too can contribute to winning client pitches

Qualification:
  • Proficiency in working across integrated digital marketing campaigns that may require cross-channel collaboration with PPC, SEO, Display, Content Marketing, Email and Creative strategists
  • Skills using technology and processes involved in running high-spending paid social campaigns
  • 7+ years experience within Paid Social
  • Familiarity with social strategy, planning and execution at an enterprise level, on large and often complex campaigns
  • Great at working with media planners and have the ability to respond to briefs
  • Client-centric - You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
  • Process Improvement - You'll seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
  • Creative Problem Solving - You will generate unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
  • Team Collaboration - You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.
