We deliver the customer experience and expertise of a High End Floor Covering Specialty Store directly to our customers’ home. This revolutionary approach to satisfying the floor covering needs of homeowners is part of our commitment to the customer experience.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team! We have an amazing web presence, recognizable brand, great reputation, top notch customer reviews, and a highly-trained in-house call center to provide our sales representatives the best sales opportunities in the industry.

In this role, you will receive pre-set, pre-qualified appointments. You will be responsible to meet with customers in their homes, assessing their needs for new floor-covering and providing solutions to satisfy those needs from the widest selection of brand carpet and flooring products.

Responsibilities:

• Present, promote and sell products/services to prospective customers.

• Passionate about delivering a great customer experience.

• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes.

• Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers

• Availability to work weekends.

• Educate customers on which products will best fit their unique needs.

• Represent the brand in line with our mission of delivering an amazing customer experience.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.

• Highly motivated, focused and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

• Excellent selling, listening, communication, and negotiating skills.
