Position Summary

Must have electric utility, renewable, or data center experience.

The Senior Project Manager leads complex commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, overseeing cross-functional teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to customer expectations. This role manages contracts, financial performance, project execution, and client relationships while supporting medium-voltage infrastructure projects from substations to building transformers.

Job Function

  • Manage multiple complex construction projects and programs.
  • Lead cross-functional engineering, construction, and contract resources.
  • Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and safety performance.
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and financial performance (P&L).
  • Develop project strategies, estimates, proposals, and resource plans.
  • Lead project managers and monitor execution through project closeout.
  • Prepare forecasts, status reports, and performance reports.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Maintain customer communication and resolve project issues.
  • Ensure compliance with project processes, procedures, and quality standards.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project management or direct supervisory experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of management/supervisory experience or demonstrated success leading large, complex projects.
  • Advanced technical degree, MBA, PMP certification, or PE license preferred.
