Job Summary

Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Position Summary: Essen Health Care is building a digitally driven Marketing organization that leverages data, Ai-enabled workflows, and full-funnel campaign strategies to scale our Brands, strengthen consideration, and convert communities into lifelong patients New York City.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Own the Organic marketing calendar and ensure the timely execution of campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
  • Work with agency partners and other vendors to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that support awareness and growth initiatives across Essen Health Care brands.
  • Leverage AI-powered marketing tools and platforms to improve campaign execution, content creation, audience targeting, workflow efficiency, reporting, and creative development.
  • Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI, Adobe, Meta AI tools, or similar technologies to assist with copywriting, campaign ideation, social media content creation, creative resizing, basic video editing, reporting summaries, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities where AI can improve marketing operations, streamline workflows, and support scalable patient acquisition strategies.
  • Stay informed on emerging AI trends, digital marketing technologies, and platform innovations relevant to healthcare marketing.
  • Own and develop existing customer email content calendar leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Remain flexible to accommodate additional tasks and strategic initiatives as directed by leadership.
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in marketing/ media focused 
  • Experience using CRM Tools i.e. Salesforce, Google Ads, Meta Business, Ai and creating agents
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing at an Agency or Client side. Social Media community management a plus.
  • Experience managing end-to-end current customer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work proactively.
