Job description

Lead Salesforce Administrator/Developer

This will be a remote position in the US for a Lead Salesforce Administrator/Developer. They will work closely with our other Salesforce administrators to set up a proof of concept and eventually implement a project for our Specialty sales staff. The work hours will be standard for US daytime (M-F) with occasional overtime required for support and project work.

The Specialty CRM project aims to transform our current Specialty Salesforce setup to optimize the setup in Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will have some Salesforce certifications and have experience working in a large organization to understand how hierarchies should be set up. Healthcare industry experience is plus.

Proven Salesforce administration experience with the requirements listed in the job description will set candidates apart from one another.

The team structure includes one Product Owner, one Scrum Master, and 4-5 developers.

The interview process will have a maximum of 2 rounds, conducted via video. Salesforce specific questions will be asked. The interview process will start ASAP.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience within standard functions/modules of Salesforce.com (Sales Cloud required, Service Cloud and Community Cloud and other Salesforce features a plus)
  • 3+ years of building solutions using Salesforce.com declarative tools including (not limited to) process builder, visual workflow, and workflow rules
  • 2+ years of experience in large scale system implementation, integration, interfaces, and data conversion (ex. Implementation of managed packages)
  • Experience configuring within the Salesforce Lightning UI
  • Salesforce.
