About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience
This role is part of the Solutions Center of Excellence - Demos team - a group of developers and demo specialists dedicated to building, delivering, and supporting world-class demonstration environments and reusable assets for Solution Engineers (SEs) across Salesforce. Our demo assets showcase the latest product capabilities across industries, and we take pride in helping SEs deliver compelling, best-in-class product demos.
We are looking for a talented, flexible, and creative developer to help us innovate and grow. If you love building on the Salesforce platform with a focus on front-end quality and visual craft, and want to make a direct impact on global pre-sales success, this role is for you.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Partner with Demo Product Owners to understand stakeholder needs, translate requirements, and build production-ready Salesforce components, following established DevOps and release management processes.

  • Build and maintain deployable demo assets on the Salesforce platform, with a focus on front-end development - crafting LWC components, custom UI layouts, and interactive user experiences across product clouds.

  • Own the quality, reliability, and polish of assigned demo assets - performing root cause analysis, resolving technical issues, and ensuring every experience looks and works as intended.

  • Leverage top-of-the-line AI tools (such as generative AI and intelligent coding assistants) to accelerate development, optimize internal workflows, and drive exceptional team productivity and results.

  • Contribute to developer standards, component libraries, and documentation - mentoring teammates and driving consistency in how the team builds and ships best-in-class experiences.

You're Our Person If...

  • You have 5-6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Platform technologies including LWC/LWR, JavaScript, CSS/SLDS, Apex, SOQL, or Flows.

  • You have experience working with Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, or Agentforce.

  • You have experience with Git and GitHub workflows, Salesforce DX (SFDX), or Cumulus CI as well as Agile processes.

  • You're comfortable working from a design spec or Figma file and can bridge the gap between what a designer envisions and what's feasible to be built on the Salesforce platform.

  • You bring strong problem-solving skills and thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving team environment.

Even Better If...

  • You hold Salesforce Admin, App Builder, and Platform Developer certifications, or have experience as a Salesforce implementor.

  • You have knowledge of AI tools such as Cursor or Claude.

  • You have an eye for good UX or have experience designing in Figma - you notice when something feels off, care about whitespace, hierarchy, and interaction patterns, and push for experiences that users actually enjoy.

  • You've built custom SLDS themes, Experience Cloud templates, Marketing Cloud emails, or OmniStudio layouts.

Unleash Your Potential

When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance andbe your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you cando your best. Together, we'll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love.
