Job description

We are seeking a dynamic andexperienced Medical Director to provide clinical leadership and oversightacross our primary care practices in Northampton and Amherst, MA. This role isresponsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, safe, and patient-centeredcare while supporting providers, optimizing operations, and driving continuousimprovement initiatives. The Medical Director will maintain an active clinicalpractice (70%) while dedicating administrative time (30%) to leadershipresponsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical standards,quality, and patient safety initiatives
  • Mentor and evaluateproviders; support performance improvement
  • Ensure regulatory complianceand oversee risk management
  • Optimize workflows, staffingmodels, and care delivery
  • Drive population health andvalue-based care initiatives
  • Utilize EHR/data to improveoutcomes and efficiency
  • Enhance patient experienceand manage service recovery
