MDS Coordinator RN Lead

$70,000 - $90,000 salary

Job Description:

Currently seeking an experienced MDS Director/ RN to fill an opening at our facility. Interested candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a MDS Director RN.

Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate MDS completion.

Coordinate MDS within an interdisciplinary approach to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained.

Observe direct nursing care, review documentation, care plan formulation and make appropriate recommendations.

Requirements:

Currently licensed as an RN in the State of Florida

Possesses excellent clinical records assessment and documentation skills

Minimum of 1 year experience as a MDS Director RN
