The Child and Adolescent Behavioral Health Hospital (CABHH) in Willmar is seeking compassionate and engaging Registered Nurses to join our team. CABHH delivers inpatient mental health services for children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 6-18) with serious behavioral and emotional conditions. As an RN at CABHH, you will provide direct nursing care for our unique population and participate as a member of our talented multi-disciplinary team in an interactive environment. Working with kids also offers plenty of opportunities for fun and educational activities, plus a chance to bring your hobbies to work to share with a new generation!

Duties include:

  • Supervise and evaluate the competence of nursing personnel to ensure individual nursing care needs are met and professional standards are maintained.
  • Provide assessment and ongoing reassessment of clients on admission and throughout treatment.
  • Oversee medication administration process.
  • Participate in development of Master Treatment Plan (MTP), implement Master Treatment Plan (MTP) and document the results of specific interventions so that clients can accomplish their individual goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Be licensed or eligible for licensure as an RN in the State of MN

Future Registered Nurses who are within six (6) months of graduating and taking their NCLEX-RN are encouraged to apply. Contingent job offers may be made upon successful completion of degree and passing of NCLEX-RN.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Patient care experience within a mental health or behavioral health setting.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a treatment setting.
