Nurse Administrator Responsibilities & Duties
- Supervise nursing staff and manage day-to-day operations of the nursing department

Nurse Administrator Qualifications & Skills
- Master’s degree in Nursing Administration or Healthcare Management
- Certified Nurse Executive (CNE) certification
- Several years of clinical nursing experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record in healthcare administration
- Knowledge of healthcare laws and regulations
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Proficiency in healthcare information systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current RN (Registered Nurse) license
- Minimum of 1-5 years of nursing experience
- Management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong organizational skills
