As the Director of Revenue Generation Marketing, you will be responsible for building and executing an integrated go-to-market strategy that drives revenue. This executive will lead the Revenue Generation Marketing function, ensuring alignment across demand generation, client engagement, and revenue execution. The Revenue Generation Marketing function will serve alliant's multiple sales organizations.

This role acts as the unifying leader across marketing, business development, and sales operations, while turning strategy into measurable revenue outcomes. A hands-on roll entirely focused on revenue generation activities through Marketing, this role is not focused on branding or building brand assets.

Responsibilities:

GTM Strategy and Revenue Leadership

  • Execute the company's end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Align marketing with sales to drive predictable pipeline and revenue.
  • Translate business objectives into measurable growth initiatives.
  • Partner with executive leadership to support growth in new markets, service lines, and growth opportunities.
  • Work with multiple sales leaders to create automated AI-enabled processes to serve up prospect research, market intelligence, lead scoring and other presale and sales processes.

Marketing & Demand Generation Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization entirely focused on pipeline generation and closed revenue.
  • Develop and oversee content and thought leadership strategy.
  • Drive demand generation across channels including digital, industry associations, ABM, and partnerships.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are directly tied to revenue outcomes.

Sales & Marketing Alignment

  • Work with Sales Leadership to create a seamless integrated handoff between marketing and sales.
  • Implement KPIs across both functions including revenue generation, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
  • Establish a unified revenue operations framework.

Team Leadership & Organizational Build

  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent across Revenue Generation Marketing function.
  • Build an organizational structure aligned to growth goals, including on and offshore resources and AI.
  • Foster a performance-driven, accountable, and collaborative culture.

Analytics, Systems & Performance Management

  • Establish KPI dashboards across marketing and sales performance.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making using CRM and analytics tools.
  • Optimize funnel performance and improve forecasting accuracy.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Serve as a senior executive presence with key clients and prospects.
  • Represent the company in external events, association functions and industry forums.
  • Translate market insights into GTM adjustments.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of Revenue Generation Marketing experience in B2B marketing leadership roles within the Professional Services industry, such as consulting or big four

  • Experience with AI-driven marketing.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Receptiveness to performance feedback within a team environment is essential.
  • Preferred candidate will reside or relocate to Houston.
