Job description

Who We're Looking For -Reporting to the Director, Retention Marketing, we are seeking a Senior Retention Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of global Retention Marketing campaigns across Email and SMS. This role will translate business objectives into customer-centric campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, retention, subscription growth, and customer lifetime value. As the owner of retention campaign execution, this individual will manage the retention campaign calendar, develop campaign strategies and creative briefs, coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and partner with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns launch on time, on brand, and with the highest level of quality.

The best ideas win, and they come from keeping our egos in check and our standards high. We stay humble, open to learning, and willing to grow. We bring fun to the journey, because great work shouldn't come at the expense of enjoying what you do. We stay nimble and innovative, always looking for smarter and better ways to get things done. Ball work is honest work, and that mindset shows up in everything we do, including our proud partnership with the Testicular Cancer Society and our commitment to raising awareness of the ball-busting disease.

  • Leverage customer data to develop personalized campaigns that drive engagement and deliver relevant customer experiences.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to identify opportunities that improve retention, subscription growth, customer lifetime value, and overall campaign effectiveness
  • Establish and maintain campaign documentation, workflows, calendars, project timelines, and process standards to improve operational efficiency and ensure consistent execution across the retention team
  • Continuously evaluate Email, SMS, Lifecycle, and Loyalty marketing best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends to identify opportunities that enhance campaign performance and customer experience
