Every day, thousands of products move through our operation—and we're looking for a dynamic leader to keep everything running like a championship team.

What You'll Own

As our Retail Operations Director, you'll be the engine behind our retail operation. You'll lead the teams responsible for receiving, inventory, stocking, merchandise flow, facilities, and operational execution while ensuring every product gets to the right place at the right time.

Your leadership will directly impact the customer experience, game day success, and the continued growth of one of the nation's premier collegiate retailers.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily retail operations across our 28,750+ square-foot retail facility
  • Build, coach, and inspire high-performing operational teams
  • Create efficient systems that improve speed, accuracy, and productivity
  • Oversee inventory management, receiving, stocking, and merchandise movement
  • Develop operational KPIs and use data to drive continuous improvement
  • Partner with merchandising, buyers, production, and store leadership
  • Manage operational budgets, supplies, and facility maintenance
  • Lead logistics for Texas A&M football weekends, major retail events, and special projects
  • Identify problems before they happen—and solve them before anyone notices
