What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Projects: Oversee complex, high-visibility projects that are essential to our business, ensuring they stay on track and within budget.
  • Build Relationships: Cultivate strong connections with stakeholders and senior leadership, engaging with decision-makers across the organization.
  • Mentor Your Team: Support and guide team members in their professional growth, empowering them to take on new responsibilities.
  • Negotiate with Vendors: Work with vendors to manage deliverables and resources, ensuring accountability and collaboration throughout the project.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 4 years of IT Project Management experience with a successful track record.
  • Technical Knowledge: A good grasp of ERP systems, integration methodologies, and API integrations (preferred).
  • Agile Skills: Strong background in Agile methodologies to help you thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Location: You should be based in or near Houston, as this position will occasionally require onsite visits.
  • Direct Engagement: You’ll need to work directly with us—no third-party involvement.
  • Background Requirements: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen; sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Nice to Have: MS Project
