• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, create clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Provide psychotherapy sessions—including individual, group, and family therapy—using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to promote mental wellness.
• Deliver crisis intervention services promptly and effectively for clients facing acute mental health situations, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential client records, adhering to ethical and legal standards concerning client privacy and documentation.
• Collaborate with medical and social work professionals, attending interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive and comprehensive client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment modalities, and available resources, and advocate for their rights and needs.
• Continuously engage in ongoing training and professional development to remain current with innovative practices in mental health therapy.

This role involves working with a diverse population, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, encompassing various age ranges and socio-economic backgrounds. The ideal candidate will demonstrate cultural competence and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by clients in different communities, enhancing personalized care plans and interventions.

• Must possess a valid mental health license such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnosis capabilities.
• At least two years of relevant experience in the mental health field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
• Aptitude for both independent work and collaboration as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Adherence to high ethical and professional standards in all aspects of practice.

• Experience in a clinical setting, particularly in telehealth, is highly regarded but not mandatory for motivated applicants.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is beneficial for maintaining client documentation.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
