• Provide individualized counseling sessions to clients via video chat, helping them address various mental health issues.
• Facilitate discussions around emotions, experiences, and personal insights to promote self-awareness and resilience.

• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions, develop, and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on a solution-focused methodology.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes accurately, adhering to state regulations and best-practice standards.

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Hold an independent license, such as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW, issued by the appropriate state board.
• Demonstrated capability to make informed professional evaluations and recommendations for treatment.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and regard for client confidentiality and comfort.
• Proficiency in computer literacy, enabling effective use of our online therapy portal and administrative systems.

• Experience working with diverse populations and within various demographic settings.
• Prior experience in a virtual or remote therapy environment is an advantage but not a requirement.
• Familiarity with treatment modalities and techniques that promote mental wellness and resilience.

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year based on hours worked and caseload.
