• Conduct individual therapy sessions using audio and video technologies, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.
• Utilize clinical judgment to create personalized treatment plans and apply evidence-based practices in therapy.
• Engage with clients through a variety of communication methods, including secure messaging, goal-setting tools, and clinical worksheets.
• Manage client caseload through our integrated platform, matching your expertise with the specific needs of each patient.
• Document progress notes, treatment plans, and other necessary records as required by state regulations and organizational policies.

Your practice will focus on a diverse group of adult clients, primarily dealing with low-acuity mental health concerns. Our platform exclusively caters to patients who are stable, minimizing the complexity of cases you manage. Clients will often present with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, weight management, and grief counseling, allowing you to utilize your expertise in these areas effectively.

• A valid, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred and may be required.
• Proficient technology skills to navigate telehealth platforms and communicate effectively with clients.
• A reliable internet connection and a suitable working device (PC or laptop) to perform your duties effectively.

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote therapy services is highly advantageous.
• Experience working with adult patient populations, especially those managing low-acuity mental health concerns.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and clinical documentation practices.
