What You'll Be Doing
As the Lead Audio Quality Control Technician, you will oversee audio gear preparation and performance checks while supporting warehouse operations and technician development.
  • Audio Equipment Testing: Inspect and test professional-grade audio systems to ensure optimal sound performance
  • Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and resolve equipment issues before shipping to shows
  • Inventory Oversight: Organize and track all audio gear while coordinating availability and maintenance schedules
  • Documentation and Standards: Maintain accurate QC logs, checklists, and repair reports to ensure process consistency
  • Team Leadership: Mentor warehouse staff and assist in technician training to uphold LMG's technical standards
  • Logistics and Support: Help manage consumables, organize gear storage, and assist with local deliveries as needed
