Job description

Position Summary:
Responsible for recruiting qualified nurses, respiratory therapist, and support staff. Assists with the development of hospital programs and services that support nurse recruitment. Work involves planning, coordination, market research, and implementation of nurse recruitment activates.
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred; Registered RN in the State of Texas
Training and Experience:
Nursing experience in a healthcare setting. Recruiting experience preferred.
Job Knowledge:
Working knowledge of recruiting methods including locating pools of qualified applicants and direct recruiting. Working knowledge of Hospital policy and procedures. Excellent verbal and written communications. Must be professional and enthusiastic. Must have excellent interviewing skills.
