Reporting to the Director General, the Director of Care Services is responsible for the planning, direction, and control of the human, material, and budgetary resources of the healthcare service. She ensures the delivery of high-quality healthcare services focused on the well-being and dignity of residents. Main responsibilities: Human Resources Management Directs and coordinates the work of the care team. Works in collaboration with the human resources department regarding; Workforce needs and recruitment processes It addresses the training needs of its teams and implements professional development plans. To the application of company policies and procedures and applicable laws regarding human resources management and follows up on disciplinary files of employees under his supervision. The floor managers meet quarterly with the care coordinator Holds monthly inter-shift meetings with the patient care attendant team Quality of care and services: Ensures the implementation of the residents' intervention plan (IP), carries out its implementation and monitors it in collaboration with the coordinator as needed Establishes, coordinates and ensures the quality of care and services. Implements protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of residents. Conducts regular quality audits to assess compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement.
