On a daily basis, you: Will help residents with their transportation You will assist residents with their personal hygiene according to established care plans. You will ensure the safety and cleanliness of the premises and equipment used. Supervises and/or directs residents' access to meals and food You will answer the call bells You will collaborate with the care team to identify the specific needs of each resident You will ensure a human presence by establishing a relationship of trust with the residents You will support and help maintain the residents' autonomy All other tasks related to the position What you need: Hold a diploma in Personal Assistance in Institutions and at Home (DEP) Your experience is just as important! The more experience you have, the more you'll be paid! You'll also need your PDSP (Prevention and First Aid) and current CPR certifications, as well as your Competency 6, 7, or 12 certification—that would be great!
