Job Description:

Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Global Supply Chain Services Digital and Data Analytics, located in either Raritan, NJ or New Brunswick, NJ.

The Digital & Data Analytics Team within Global Supply Chain Services is revolutionizing how we use data to drive value. Our goal is to empower business partners to achieve more with existing resources through rapid, scalable digital and AI solutions. By reducing project delivery times and costs, improving data quality, and embracing an agile operating model, we can lead multiple projects simultaneously.

Reporting to the Director of D&DA Global Supply Chain Services, this role involves developing strategies and digital solutions focused on Data Readiness, Data Automation, and Performance Insights, using next-gen tools including AI. Hands-on experience with digital tools and AI-driven deployment are crucial for this role.

This is a highly results-driven team that collaborates closely with enterprise and segment business partners. Cross-functional collaboration, delivering value with each project, meeting committed deadlines, and leveraging AI for innovation are key to how we operate. Each member of the team strikes a balance between managing external resources to deliver digital projects and rolling up their sleeves to deliver solutions in a more hands on manner. If you like improving your technical skills in parallel to your project management skills and have an aptitude for leveraging AI, this is the team for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management (30%)

  • Oversee project intake and demand, ensuring a steady pipeline of data and analytics projects.
  • Ensure timely project execution by predicting and planning around roadblocks.
  • Lead Data Analytics, Readiness, and Performance Insights teams (in-house and consultants), growing output and minimizing idle time.
  • Handle project budget, ensuring fair pricing and accurate billing.
  • Ensure client satisfaction.
  • Optimize project cost and increase value by balancing internal and external resources.
  • Evaluate project performance 6 months and 1 year after delivery, flagging underutilized projects.
  • Find opportunities for data hacks, automation, and process streamlining to reduce delivery time.
  • Manage consultant relationships including coordinating SOW terms, raising purchase orders, monitoring time sheets and aligning invoice amounts.

Innovation (30%)

  • Champion AI driven analytics and digital solutions. Lead on prompt engineering and agent creation.
  • Develop hands-on knowledge of new tools like Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, QuickBase, etc.
  • Train the team on deploying next-gen tools and enhancing project management and interpersonal skills.

Partnership Management (20%)

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to elevate data management and process insights. This includes Executive Sponsors from Enterprise and Segment teams, JJT and contractors.
  • Support the D&DA director in promoting services and identifying new partners within the supply chain.
  • Lead in developing presentations and marketing materials for the team.

Performance Insights (10%)

  • Develop scalable digital products that optimize costs, processes, or cash flows.

Data Readiness (10%)

  • Collaborate with data teams to ensure relevant data is ingested and curated before projects commence.
  • Remove data access roadblocks through collaboration with technology partners.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Data, IT, Engineering or Supply Chain is required.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 6-8 years of experience in project and performance management, including digital transformation, data visualization, and data management.
  • Established success with leveraging multiple AI tools to deliver on digital solutions - including CoPilot Studio and GitHub CoPilot.
  • Hands-experience with technologies like Dataverse, Databricks, Python, SQL, VBA, Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, Alteryx, Tableau, Looker, MS Fabric, Domino, QuickBase.
  • Strong digital product development experience in data automation, analytics, and intelligent automation.
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities for broad audiences.
  • Proven leadership and influencing skills to manage a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Autonomous project leadership with complex, multifunctional considerations.
  • Familiarity with the company's digital systems and integrations.
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in End-to-End Supply Chain processes across Innovative Medicine and MedTech.
  • Proven track record in leading mid-scale projects with technology partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially in creating PowerPoint presentations for senior leaders.
  • Experience in developing and implementing processes and systems in a matrixed environment.
  • Superior analytical and diagnostic capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Curiosity and determination to explore new digital solutions using approved tools.
  • Creative, proactive, with a strong focus on results.
  • Agile/Scrum experience, including user story creation and backlog prioritization.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado -48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington -56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
