Are you passionate about making a difference in people's lives? Do you enjoy working in a service-oriented industry? If so, this opportunity may be the right fit for you!

Modivcare is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager, NEMT Fulfillment & Network Automation to join our team. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for products that power non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) fulfillment and provider network automation. This role partners closely with engineering, operations, provider network teams, transportation partners, vendors, and business leaders to deliver scalable solutions that improve automation, operational efficiency, network performance, and member access to care.

In this highly visible role, you will shape the technology that helps ensure members receive safe, reliable, and timely transportation to the care they need. Your work will modernize fulfillment operations, improve provider network performance, strengthen partner integrations, and reduce manual effort through automation and intelligent workflows. By building scalable products that optimize transportation fulfillment, you'll help improve the experience for members, providers, transportation partners, and internal teams while delivering measurable business value across the organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, purpose-driven product leader who thrives on solving complex operational challenges and building products that make a meaningful impact. If you enjoy partnering across engineering, operations, and business teams, leveraging data to drive decisions, and delivering automation-first solutions that improve healthcare access for the communities we serve, we'd love to hear from you.

This role...

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for the NEMT fulfillment orchestration and network automation platform.

  • Partner with engineering teams to translate complex operational and technical challenges into scalable product capabilities.

  • Lead product discovery efforts by working with operations, provider network teams, transportation partners, vendors, and clients to identify opportunities for automation and service improvement.

  • Define, prioritize, and deliver initiatives that improve fulfillment reliability, provider assignment, network performance, and operational efficiency.

  • Develop clear product requirements, user stories, business rules, acceptance criteria, and success metrics for complex automation and integration initiatives.

  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to support API integrations, vendor platforms, rules engines, data flows, and fulfillment automation capabilities.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve provider network performance, partner integrations, and transportation fulfillment workflows.

  • Analyze operational, network, and product performance data to identify trends, prioritize investments, and measure business outcomes.

  • Monitor product performance through key operational and technical metrics, including automation rates, assignment success, provider utilization, on-time performance, trip completion, API health, and operational exceptions.

  • Balance customer experience, operational performance, engineering capacity, technical feasibility, cost, and business priorities when developing and maintaining the product roadmap.

  • Lead cross-functional planning and prioritization activities across Product, Engineering, Operations, Data, Provider Network, and external vendor partners.

  • Support AI-enabled and specification-driven product delivery by providing clear product context, detailed requirements, measurable outcomes, and iterative delivery plans.

  • Drive change management activities that support successful product adoption across internal users, providers, vendors, and transportation partners.

  • Communicate product strategy, roadmap updates, risks, and business outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

We are interested in speaking with individuals with the following...

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required.

  • Ten (10) plus years of progressive product management experience delivering enterprise software, marketplace, logistics, transportation, healthcare technology, or operations-focused products.

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional product initiatives from strategy through delivery.

  • Experience working with APIs, system integrations, vendor platforms, and data-driven products.

  • Experience supporting fulfillment, logistics, transportation, provider network, marketplace, or operational automation solutions preferred.

  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • Strong product management expertise, including product discovery, roadmap development, prioritization, and requirements definition.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational workflows into scalable product capabilities.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use operational and business data to drive product decisions.

  • Experience defining and measuring KPIs, product success metrics, and operational performance indicators.

  • Working knowledge of API integrations, data flows, systems architecture concepts, and platform-based product development.

  • Ability to develop clear, testable product requirements, business rules, workflows, and acceptance criteria.

  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical partners.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience engaging executive leadership.

  • Experience working with engineering teams using Agile product development methodologies.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities while balancing customer needs, operational goals, technical constraints, and business value.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.

  • Experience supporting automation, workflow optimization, provider network management, or transportation operations is highly desirable.

  • Passion for improving member access to care through innovative, data-driven product solutions.
