What You'll Do:

  • Elevate Onsite Operations: Provide direct, day-to-day support to onsite teams, ensuring they have the tools, information, and guidance needed to operate effectively. Serve as a trusted resource and actively engage with staff to troubleshoot issues and uphold operational standards.
  • Elevate Communication and Coordination: Keep lines of communication open between properties and leadership by regularly reporting on property conditions and operational challenges. Execute assignments from leadership promptly and accurately, ensuring alignment across all teams.
  • Elevate the Make-Ready Process: Take full ownership of unit turns by overseeing scheduling, vendor coordination, and final inspections to ensure quality and timeliness. Drive results across your portfolio to meet move-in readiness standards and resident expectations.
  • Elevate Legal and Compliance Support: Represent Elevate Living in court for regional legal matters such as evictions. Prepare necessary documentation, collaborate with legal teams, and provide testimony when needed to support successful case outcomes.
  • Elevate Safety Standards: Champion a culture of safety by understanding and adhering to all Elevate Living safety protocols. Support safe practices across all properties and contribute to a secure environment for residents and staff alike.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required, advanced education preferred.
  • 3 years' experience working in a professional environment.
  • Prior property management experience is helpful but not required.
  • Prior leadership experience is helpful but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with all levels of employees and vendors.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
